Our facility is an OFFICIAL CURVES SMART TRAINING FACILITY offering our members the most advanced workout available. Curves Smart is like having a personal trainer with you at every machine, giving you instant feedback, incouragement, and helping motivate and push you to reach your health and fitness goals 30 minutes at a time ! ! ! !

We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.

A BREAST CANCER AWARENESS EVENT

Join us on Tuesday October 14 from 7:00PM - 10:00PM at Curves in the Hudson Acme Plaza for Girls Night In!! We will also be having a Girls Day In !! event at Fine Reflection Salon on Ravenna St. in Hudson on October 22nd from 11:00AM - 2:00PM.

The events are open to the public and will include massages, manicures, skin and make-up consultations, a short film by Olivia Newton John about Liv Aid - a new product used to help women with self breast exam and the early detection of breast cancer or changes in their breast.

EVERY PERSON WHO COMPLETES A FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND TRIES OUR NEW CURVES SMART EQUIPMENT WILL RECIEVE A FREE LIV AID BREAST SELF EXAM KIT!!!
