Our fitness study offers 30 days of workouts for only $30.
You will recieve a beginning fitness assessment followed by a minimum of 3 supervised workouts per week for 4 consecutive weeks!!! Upon completing the study you will recieve a final fitness assessment that reflects the progress you made! You will also be able to take advantage of our FREE Weight Management program and CurvesSmart!

We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.
